Ulrike Ziegler new EFSA speaker and manager

Amsterdam, April 2011 - EFSA, European Floral and Lifestyle Suppliers Association, has appointed Ulrike Ziegler as new speaker and manager of the organization. In her new function, Ulrike supports the interests of the EFSA members and is responsible for all marketing and communication activities.

“We are pleased that Ulrike has decided to join EFSA. With her international marketing experience she will be able to make an important contribution to the ambitious objectives of our organization “, says Ronald van Veen, chairman of EFSA.

Ulrike Ziegler says: “I am looking forward to this new challenge. EFSA offers a clear value to its members; from sector-leading trend forecasts, extra services for trade show participation to a professional network platform. Our plan is to further develop these benefits and expand the association.“

Prior to EFSA, Ulrike worked in various marketing functions at leading companies and advertising agencies in Germany. For her last position as VP Marketing at the Dutch web analytics provider Nedstat, she moved from Frankfurt am Main to Amsterdam five years ago. Ulrike graduated from the Fachhochschule Wiesbaden in 1989 with a major in Business Administration.
